    Default Regal Looks III

Loved the looks so much that I didn't photograph a tigress barely few feet away in golden light.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 L IS II USM, EF 2xII TC, ISO 2000, f5.6, 1/250 full frame image.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Beautiful image Sabyasachi, lovely eyes and looks. The details have come out well. The frame is a bit tight for me. The twigs are not distracting & it looks natural, but I would have loved a clean shot of this beauty.

Agree with Praveen sir...the green twigs in front of the face give this frame a natural look. But I would have preferred an image with the right ear covered in full....moving the camera to the right by a couple of inches would have been good

Lovely eye contact. I clearly remember this sighting, this male cub came and sat behind the bush on the left and his sister crossed the road and sat in the open on the right of the gypsy. They were so near that with my 100-400 lens I could only take close-ups . It was in the evening and the driver and the guide were already behind us to leave as we were getting late.
Sharp image with good details. Thanks for sharing.

    Patraji,

Considering that the tiger was behind the bush and in its most natural habitat this is an excellent image in all respects. Is this Mirchani Cub (Male) of Bandhavgarh?
