When was this photographed? You had some harsh lighting to deal with. Probably afternoon time?
In this image you have got the angle right. Try reducing the white balance a bit, it looks artificially warmed up. Cropping from the left to remove the harshly lit open space would help in enhancing the composition.

Yea it was around noon when this was clicked. The photoprint had whitened a bit so i reduced the black point and marginally increased the contrast. The composition i agree could have been better. Wish i'd known a few tricks of photography back then
