Nice portrait, a narrow aperture like f7.1 would have bought out more details. Also a vertical crop may look good.

Is this a large crop? Reducing the contrast and opening up the blacks a bit will strengthen the image. Wish the light was falling on its face. I agree with Praveen that a vertical composition will look good as this is a tall bird. Thanks for sharing.

Agree about a vertical...also, as this bird is mostly stationary and doesn't hop around like other tiny birds, a lower ISO like 640 would have sufficed..
