Ohh...I wish it were perched on a tree or bush rather than elements displaying the ugly hand of man. Ofcourse, the title is apt.
The head is tilted away so the eye contact is not great. Do you have any more images from this series? The background is nicely diffused. The composition is good. Thanks for sharing.

Yes the wire does look Ugly!. He just popped out of the bushes and I had just enough time to get a couple of decent shots. the second of which I will share, the third frame just had a blur of feathers.
