Perhaps, it would have been better if you would have used a higher shutter speed. The image looks soft. When you are cropping, if the original image is not sharp at 100%, then it will look soft. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perch. The colours are nice. You can try to do a proportional crop, that is while cropping you crop evenly from all sides. Which software do you use? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul. I have started using Lightroom. The proportion for this crop was 3:2.
Agree with Sabyasachi about the image being bit soft.
