Nice perch and the clean BG adds to the beauty of the frame. However, again, the image doesn't come about as sharp. In case you have been editing the original large file and then resizing it to fit the 300 kb file size, I suggest that you first crop the image to your wish, resize it and then edit.

The image is not sharp at all. Is this a large crop?
Please check your images by zooming it to 100% level and see the sharpness.
Are you saving your jpeg images again and again? That also reduces the quality.

The perch is nice. Agree with the above comments. Do tell us the post processing steps you follow. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perch & background.Agree with comments about sharpness.TFS
I have installed a software to check the focus point/area (as you have mentioned in previous image comment). First I have converted a RAW to JPEG and then it was cropped(amount of crop was not calculated at that time, so I am sure amount its is large or small crop ). This may be a problem of loss in quality/sharpness.
I will try to crop in RAW Processing software itself to avoid saving two times in JPEG with lower quality and size.
