Nice Photograph with Rare Action. Its contrasting Red Eyes, colour, composition and habitat well documented. While engaged in scratching, I think,it is still focussed on its Prey. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Nice image. What is the EC you gave it? A slightly higer ISO facilitating a narrower aperture would have been nicer.

I agree with previous comments. Nice image. Higher ISO, narrow aperture and lower colour temperature would enhance the image. Did you use a shade/cloudy white balance?

    Cheers,

    Thanks !
Bhargava, I used manual expose so don't quite remember the equivalent value of EC. Even I felt I should have done that when I was checking the image.

Sabyasachi, I used shade white balance.

Nice behavior photographed. The pose and eye contact is nice. I think because of the white balance there is a slight tint to the image. Thanks for sharing.
