    Hi Rajpal,
    I like the composition. The image is sharp. If you could have moved just a bit to your right, then the head angle would have been good and the eye contact would have been great. Thanks for sharing.

    I agree with Sabyasachi. This is an extremely difficult bird to expose for, especially when the light is harsh. I would try to recover some of the blacks, especially on the neck and head.
