Udai,
I like the composition. However, I would have composed with the birds on the top right power point position and have had more of water below. That would have avoided the dark band at the top.
Is it a big crop? The image is lacking in sharpness despite the 1/2000 shutter speed. The image needs a counter clockwise rotation that can be done during post processing.
The head of the top plover appears to get cut by the bank. A lower would have helped.

Hi Udai,
I agree with Sabyasachi's comments. These are skittish birds but you can work around them if you have a good boatman.
