The perch and the eye contact is nice. Wish the light was from behind you. The composition looks fine. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.
P.S - You can put your copyright mark to the left or right corner (top or bottom) as it is a bit distracting now.

I agree with Mrudul's comments.
As far as copyright notice is concerned, no one can print these images due to the small size. The only use is perhaps a school student downloading and printing your image for a school assignment. People go to great lengths by placing the copyright sign in a prominent position, middle of the image or near the subject etc, however that is not required and simply distracts from effective critiquing. If a photographer is sure that his/her image is good and needs to be protected, then I would suggest to watermark the image. These days there are watermarking softwares available for a price and can let you know if someone has downloaded and used the image.
