Quite lucky to see so young tiger cubs. I think the focus here is locked on the grass or the leaves in the foreground. Do check the AF point. It is difficult to focus through vegetation, so it is better to focus manually. Wish the light was better. Thanks for sharing.

Your focus has locked on the vegetation. In such situations, it is better to use manual focus by changing the focus mode from AF to MF in your lens.
