I agree with Ajay.
You can post images upto 1000 pixels on the longest side and it should be less than 300 kb. It becomes difficult to critique based on a small image. One wont even know the sharpness etc.
The border takes away the attention from the subject and doesn't help in critiquing.
Nice to see a kingfisher with some cobwebs.
