I like this image but I think you need to recover the highlights.

Amit,
I would have tried composing this image with the bird on the right of the frame. The grasses form strong diagonals at the right of the image and the eye is automatically led to the tail portion. As pointed out by Apana, you can recover the highlights during post processing.
