Canon launches PowerShot SX730 HS with 24-960mm zoom

Canon has launched a new compact camera in the PowerShot series SX730HS with an incredible 24-960mm zoom lens. Following are the salient features of the camera.

Resolution: 20.3 Megapixel still photos

Sensor: CMOS

Zoom lens: 40x optical zoom corresponding to 35mm equivalent focal length of 24-960mm

Processor: Digic 6

Video: the SX730HS shoots video upto 1080p at 60 frames per second

Connectivity: Like all other recent Canon cameras, the SX730 HS has WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC capabilities.

At times it becomes difficult to carry our bigger DSLR cameras and the smartphones are not sufficient for the occasion. So these sleek PowerShot series with impressive zoom range will be able to help in documenting or capturing the memories.

This camera will be available in June at a price of $399 US Dollars. India price is yet to be announced.
