    Nice pose and composition. Colours have come out well. The mango and jamun trees in this sanctuary are very old and light condition is low because of dense growth. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

    Nice to see a barbet in a nest. The light seems quite low as Saktipadaji has mentioned due to the dense vegetation. You did quite well with the low shutter speed of 1/30. Increasing the ISO further to 400 would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

    Yes there is dense vegetation there. The ISO setting could have been increased to 400 to get the speed.

    I was leaning onto an adjacent tree while taking this shot. I may not be getting the same kind of support in other scenarios and hence might have to go for a monopod.
