Common Pochard Males– Colors like a uniform

Clicked on the shore of lake near Sadasivpet on 18-Jan-2014.
Seeing these visitors from a distance swimming in formations sometimes jolts the head, they look like a band of kids going to drill in uniform.

nice subhash. wud been better without the vegetation in the front but one can't help that.

Lovely portrait. Maybe a higher aperture would have helped get all three of them with sharp details (the one in center seems to be the focal lock). The symmetry is pleasing and the head turn is a big plus to the picture
