Lovely image of a colourful bird from Manas, a paradise which I was fortunate to see for long 5/6 days when it was at its best. Wish it will redeem its full glory within another 20 years.

Cute bird. Nice eye contact. A wider aperture would have helped to get more shutter speed with lesser ISO (to reduce the noise). I hope I would be able to go to Manas soon :-(. Thanks for sharing.

Not sure why the -1 EC. Were you trying to get a higher shutter speed?
