    Default That curious eyes

Mantis nymph spotted along the Nagla Trail, this one tried its level best to evade the lens, but eventually came off to a leaf and stayed steady and kept looking at the different lenses getting closer to it

The eyes look nice. Liked the pose. Was it possible to raise the camera a bit to avoid the underside of the leaf in the foreground? Thanks for sharing.

It was a bit difficult as the leaf was a bit high, could have been possible with live view, but it would have complicated the whole situation, especially with extra weight on top(the external flash)

Looks nice. The pose is good. I agree that a slightly higher angle would have been even better. Which external flash were you using? Thanks for sharing.

Sir I got a manual flash from Digitek, Digitek DFL003, works well for me and has slave function too, so seems a good and cheap option as compared to the branded TTL flashes
