Great find. I like this image. However, this definitely needed more depth of field. The minimum focusing distance of these lenses ensure that the lens to subject distance has to remain at one feet. It is not always easy to estimate. You should try using extension tubes between your camera and lens. It will help improve the size of subject in the frame. Some third party ones spoil your AF. Others help maintain AF. Canon extension tubes are a bit costly though.
