Lovely image Sachin, the bg is nicely diffused. Is this a big crop, as there is noise in the bg. Also you can crop it proportionally, a rectangular or vertical also may look good.

The eye contact is nice. Moving a bit more to the right would have been good to get it more parallel to the sensor. Agree with Praveen about the crop. There is some hint of leaves at the right side bottom, you can crop a bit to remove that. Thanks for sharing.
