Yes. It looks like the asian brown flycatcher. There seems to be noise in the BG..I've seen a friend use the D300 extensively even at ISO 3200 without much noise, so you many want to revisit your workflow

I am inclined to identify it as Rusty-tailed Flycatcher (Muscicapa ruficauda) because its beak is grey/yellowish (not black), leg and feet are also grey/yellowish ( not black). Nice Photograph. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
