    Default The serpentine eyes

Had been trying to frame this beauty/beast for several weeks but always tend to get an out of focused frame.
Finally the past weekend spotted it entering my uncle's society thru a narrow gap in the compound. The alert mongoose heard the click of the camera and immediately looked at me. This capture was from one of it. Though not very crisp, but atleast could capture most of the details.

Shall be trying to capture another pic from ground level in coming encounter with it

    Canon EOS 550D

    F - 5.6
    Shutter speed - 1/50
    ISO - 400
    Metering mode - Pattern
    Aperture priority
    Exp Compensation -.3step

You got a very unique angle with the mongoose looking up towards you, that is quite rare. A higher shutter would have been good. Which floor did u click this from? Thanks for sharing.

From First floor...well it happened so instantaneously that I couldnt play around with shutter speed or Aperture. The whole incident probably lasted not more than 15 - 20 secs before it returned back thru the gap
