Looks like a big male. It is good you got the face and the eyes relatively in the clear. Good details. Thanks for sharing.
These fellows are inquisitive. They will wait and inspect. At times they can come closer to have a better look. The out of foreground vegetation through which the head of the Sambar is composed looks fine. Some space at the bottom to get the complete legs and the back would have been nice. Thanks for sharing.
