Default The white barreled Tusker of Ramganga

    Nikon, Nikor 70-200 F 2.8, Shot @ 200mm F5, ISO 200, 1/320s

Was so fascinated with this young handsome bull with symmetrical tusk that followed him for more than an hour, he gave some wonderful shots. Will post another one tomorrow.

Lovely composition. A higher ISO would give you option to either go F8 or a higher shutter speed, which in turn may have given more details. The whites (tusks) are blown which you can recover in pp.

Loved the colors, the ey contact and the curved trunk.

I've tried to correct the tilt of the horizon and sharpened the snap a bit and here is the re-post.

    thanks for sharing

Its a pleasure to watch elephants in water. Lovely tusks. Agree with Rajan's comments. The repost looks good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice composition with environ. The tusks, as in this case, slope down to the ground and are long-barrelled but not very thick and stout. Nice take. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

He is the Lord. Enjoying his time in the water. I am sure his tusks will grow bigger in the years to come. I would love to see an even more wider composition. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
