Nice find. No idea about the species. Fungi can be fascinating if one spots them often enough.
The bright foreground bothers me a little. If you are okay with 'selective' editing in LR, you could try a graduated brightness filter from top right to bottom left. Alternatively, using the brush tool to darken or reduce exposure on the bottom left part could help.
