EXIF: f/4, ISO 250, 1/1250 sec, EC -2/3, evaluative metering. Canon EOS 7D, Canon EF 300 f/2.8 L IS II USM + 1.4x Extender III, ~10% crop.
The image appears pixelated to me as well when viewed on my Macbook Pro (if that's what you're hinting at). I posted the image at 1024 pixels on the longer side @ about 635 kb.
