Our morning safari gave us this glimpse, it was foggy but less colder than the forests of northern India. The forest was noiseless, pin drop silence prevailed as we slowly moved through the mist in our camper. We were all silent too except for the occasional click of the camera, the kids in our camper were the quietest I've 'heard' them that morning. That's the effect the jungle had on us, the deer and the peacock were motionless when we saw them too, not a single rustle not a faintest movement.
