Nice and sharp. Would love to know how you made this possible at 1/8sec..Also, any specific reason for using f6.3 and not f5.6 to get a marginally better shutter speed? because, it seems like much DoF was not needed..

I like the composition.Indeed sharp for the SS. well done.
Looks like the Asian Palm civet or common palm civet-Paradoxurus hermaphroditus . Tough to get them in daylight. I have seen them many times in the night. They seem to to be adapting well to urban areas as well.

Bhargava, first I clicked a few images with f5.6, and with the shutter speed so low I was not very sure I would get any sharp images, so thought of giving it a try to get a bit more details by using f6.3. Since we were quite close to it and it was sitting, I could do some experimenting . Thanks for the comment.
