WOW, nice capture.
Beautiful colourful bird. A treat for the eyes. Where was this clicked? The light seems to be pretty low.
How much is the crop? I guess despite the distance, the bird is still careful. Just a caution for people who want to photograph birds, one need to be extremely careful so that they don't get disturbed. I am writing this because there may be someone who want to click a shot with a smaller lens and going very very close.

clicked i kanha , I was on the safari jeep some distance away, image was clicked at 400mm instead of 100 mm above about 50% crop

I was not pointing a finger at you. I just took this image as an example to pass the message to people that we should be careful. It was more for educational purpose. Despite the crop the image has come out well. I am yet to get a decent photograph of this beautiful bird.
