the saturation boost is very little, both images almost looked similar...this images just perfect....

I agree with the second image, the one with boosted saturation. overall a very good shot, good eyecontact, composition, etc.

Nice catch. Your repost looks brighter and better. I would reduce the sharpening from Mital's version. However, one has to admit that working on small jpegs has its own challenges as a slight increase in sharpness looks oversharpened.
