Rare sighting. Eye contact is good. It lives near the ground - scrubs and marshes. Nice you got it on the ground. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Quite rare to sight a short eared owl in the open on the ground. Some loss in details may be as it was far. How are the sightings in Bhindawas? Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see this one. If you can also mention the date, then it serves as a record. We had a very nice sighting of this in Dhranghadra in LRK and it was very close. Since I was filming, I didn't click. Mrudul will post later.
