    Default Orange Headed Thrush

This was again clicked at Valley Park,Navi Mumbai. This place is even better than Borivli National Park, in the sense people are allowed to go in solo. Due to increased man leopard conflict Sanjay Gandhi Nat.Park has become inaccessible for solo birders. They dont have a problem if a group wanders inside the park.

And the best part about Valley Park is- not many people know about it .

Nikon D7000,f/5.6,SS 1/250,ISO 640, Fl 270 mm. Cropped by 30%. I made a mistake of not zooming in to 300mm. Sometimes branch hopping birds force negligence of settings.

Good to see this one. Wish you had a longer focal length and higher shutter speed. Where in Navi Mumbai is this? Long back when Navi Mumbai was in its infancy and its local stations were newly built and hindi films were shot there, I had stayed there for a few months.

Nice eye contact and catch light. Nice to know that you have found a good birding spot . A slight off centered composition would have been good. Thanks for sharing.
