Nice habitat image. It is always pleasing to see the Child with the Mother. Pabitora has the highest density of Rhino population, has no tiger; acts as a source population for Manas. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Looks like they had a good mud bath. Its amazing how nature imparts skills to living beings to overcome daily challenges.

Nice sighting of a mother and calf in the open. The flowers look nice. Liked the composition. How many safari's did you take in Pobitora? Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks all.
Mrudul: Was there for just one morning, before leaving for Arunachal. Took 1 elephant-back trip and 1 vehicle safari. Elephant-back is much better in my opinion since this is a small park with a lot of non-motorable swampy grassland.

Lovely image of the rhino mother with calf. The tall grass looks nice too. The habitat is well depicted here. Thanks for sharing.

The depth of field is nice and the habitat has come out well. A very peaceful scene. The mother is looking at the approaching elephant and people while the kid is blissfully unaware of the potential of danger.
