    Default Coucal!

Shot this near my farm, wish it would have been on a natural perch.

Nice perch and eye contact. The details are good. I liked the clean green background. Wish the wire (?) in the foreground was not present. Thanks for sharing.

    Praveen,
The background has come well. The colours look good. I guess I have to visit your farm sometime enroute to bandipur. And if you need some wires to be cut, then I will get a few cutters along with me. :-)

    Cheers,

Mrudul the wire is the nothing but power fencing.

Sabyasachi - Due to Elephant trouble most of the farmers near my farm have installed power fencing, I guess you can't cut them. In the past many a times elephants have destroyed the crops and vegetables.

In my farm I am growing forest bamboo to invite elephants

Nice image. I like the composition. I agree that the wire is distracting. The background looks good as well. Thanks for sharing.

    Praveen,
Unfortunately the elephants here haven't learnt the art of throwing a log on the solar fence and disabling it. Any volunteers who want to train wild elephants in breaking into Praveen's farm?

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi
