Mrudul this is Open Bill Stork and not Spoonbill , Nice image, i liked the eye contact. Wish the light was not so harsh.

Mrudul,
I know that you have photographed tons of openbilled stork images. So I guess this is a typo. I remember one such incident when I had mentioned spoonbill instead of openbill. It seems there are more people making such typos than me. I have changed the title to Openbill.
The depth of field is sufficient. The eye contact is good. I wish you would have clicked from a slightly different position so that the tree would not have been directly behind the head. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi

I like the composition. The eye contact is nice. A small negative exposure compensation would have been nice here. Is that an egret in the background?
Thanks Sabyasachi for changing the title, in a hurry I forgot to change the title after posting a Openbill .

Nice shot. Good eye contact. Wish the white bird in the BG were absent. I think a vertical would look good too.
