Nice pose captured. Seems it is eating banana chips. Was this photographed near a tourist spot? The details are nice. Some more space on top would be good. Was the rock tilted? Thanks for sharing.

You can plant trees but cannot create forests

It is sad. We cut down the trees, and pick up all the fruits. Does anyone know that the small thing like pickles made of amla or other such minor forest produce is harvested in large quantities. There is hardly anything for the monkeys, deers, bears etc to eat. When these monkeys come close, out of compassion people give potato chips.
We are forcibly changing their behaviour. They become dependent on us and when they dont get their food, they start attacking people or lifting food from our houses. We then term it as monkey menace.
