Any blurring done to the right hand side?
The leaf at the left seems to be in focus. A higher shutter speed would have been better in arresting the subject motion. Is this a big crop? A higher ISO would have been better. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.

no pp apart from contrast and sharpening.. and it is not a big crop too, why such impression ?

The blurred vegetation in the foreground especially the branches at the lower right side gives such an impression.
