Long Tailed Shrike
Mansur kindly post the EXIF details, like the aperture, shutter speed and ISO and also the equipment you use. This will help fellow members comment better. The angle on both images is quite steep, always try and shoot at eye contact level. But sometimes if birds are perched high up nothing much can be done.

Nice eye contact. An off-centred composition would have been good. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mansur,
The eye contact is good. I agree that a slightly offcentre composition would have been good. The depth of field is fine. Let us know the camera, lens, focal length if zoom lens is used, ISO, aperture and shutter speed, and also amount of crop. This will help us in visualising the situation better. Also, the location details will also help. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more.
Cheers,
