Superb image! You have got everything right, the pose, catchlight, exposure, sharpness, beautiful bokeh in the background. If I have to nitpick, I suggest you crop out a little (1/10th) from the bottom of the image.
Small crop from where? I think slightly more space at right would have been better. Also, I would have tried to see if a composition with less space at top and more at bottom works. It all depends on the stalks and if they are creating a interesting pattern or not. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image , the eye contact is good ,even i had a nice time watching a pair of them yesterday evening.
Liked the perch and the eye contact. There are hints of very faint white lines on the top and on the right, wondering what are they? Thanks for sharing.

Great details & BG. Nice perch.Catchlight added to the image.Agree about the space in front.Twig in the front is bit distracting. Can be cloned out.TFS
Guys thanks for comments, if I use the proportionate crop option in LR, then I am unable to crop it as per your suggestions. Hence I had to give lot -ve space to the top and bottom.
Very neatly done.
