    Default mottled wood owl

    this photo was clicked in GIR there were two owls siting together on a branch of tree but i was not able to click both of them

    Wow! this is a huge one, nice catch. The details are nice wish the eyes were fully open. However due to sunlight flling directly on the Owl the eyes are closed. Overall nice image

    Yeah..agree with the comments. it is nice that you got the bird in close-up...wish the light was better!

    Nice sighting. It is always difficult to photograph owls because of the lighting unless they are perched in the open. It seems irritated with the sunlight disturbing its sleep . Thanks for sharing.

    Good job with a PnS. Good that you got it in full. Had the eye been in the light, it would have taken the image up several notches. Thanks for sharing.

    Superb capture! Not an owl that is spotted frequently. I am still waiting to click it - have been lucky only to hear its calls.
