Nice head turn and eye contact. I liked the previous post better as here the eye is in shadow. Thinking excluding the out of focus branch on the right would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

The perch is nice. May be some more space at the bottom would have shown us the joint between the lower branch and the others. If it is not possible to get the extreme right branch in focus from this position, then moving a bit to the left would be good. The glowing red eye in the previous image was attracting considerable attention. This image would have shined with a red eye too.
