I like the composition. Is it a large crop? Some sharpening artifacts are visible. Wish the background was better. The dark tree just behind the bird reduces the impact. Moving a bit to the left would have been better as you would have got a better background. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely perch and eye contact. The light is good. Agree moving a bit to the left to avoid the branch would have enhanced the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Yes..moving to the left would have given a better BG! But we were in a jeep and the engine being switched off, switching it on again and moving back would have only ensured that the bird flew away
