Nice perch and eye contact. I would have preferred a more vertical composition of the subject than diagonal. I think there is noise in the background because of the high ISO. Thanks for sharing.

Nice shot Sachin ,the closer you are to the subject better it is. In this case a vertical composition will look better, agree about the noise

Is this a large crop? When you are going to crop a lot, the focus has to be very precise (well even without crop critical focus should be there). Thanks for sharing.
