The eye contact and diagonal perch is nice. Light seems a bit harsh and there is lot of noise in bg. Is this a big crop? as there is loss of details.

I agree with Praveen. This appears to be a large crop. The highlights have got burnt. Which lens did you use? 300mm f4 or a zoom?

as u guys said there is loss of details... & lens used is 70-300 zoom lens without Vr..
The diagonal perch and the eye contact is nice. Agree about the noise. It is good to photograph early in the morning or late afternoons, to avoid harsh light. Thanks for sharing.

I like the composition..the belly area seems to be overexposed slightly. Also, there is noise in the BG...a large crop as Praveen says?
