    Smile Grey-winged Blackbird

    One from my recent Himalayan trekking. This was clicked after a downpour on our way to Dayara Meadow.

    Camara settings:
    Nikon D300s & Nikon 500mm VR + TC14E
    1/320, f/6.3, ISO-500 and hend held.

    Cute bird. The eye has come out nicely. Shooting handheld with the nikon 500 is no mean task! You've done well here All the same, I'm thinking how a vertical will look..

    Lovely details. Nice perch, nice smooth BG. The wet look adds to the image. Nicely done, no nits for me.

    Lovely image Dileep!

    I like the eye contact and the colours. The streak or two of rain drops add to the image. You had done well handholding at that shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks a lot for the feedbacks. Srivari: I had never thought of a Vertical crop before and now I will definitely consider that if necessary.
