Hello Ajay,
Welcome to IndiaWilds..!!
Lovely first post of a tiger. The composition and the habitat displayed looks nice. Its good you go the eyes in clear. Wish the grass stalk in the middle was not present, but it is good that it is not on the eyes. You captured it nicely in the low shutter speed, was it hand holding or you used a tripod? Thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Mrudul Godbole
Thanks Mrudul
This image was taken hand held

He might look innocent, but this is no innocent guy Suraj. This male tiger is M1 one of the two male cubs of the tigress Mirchaini .They were last seen in the wild around April - May 2011 when we had this sighting. They are currently in Bhopal Van vihar ( zoo ) for having mauled a villager and a forest guard . They will spend the rest of their life behind bars. But I guess we cant blame them as well . As long as we continue to have villages in the midst of core areas inside the national parks, such incidents will continue to occur.
I won't blame this tiger. To know more about the underlying issues one can read here: IndiaWilds Newsletter Vol. 3 Issue VII
