The image is soft. There can be several reasons. One is the shutter speed is 1/160 and you were handholding at 400mm. In a vehicle invariable someone or the other would be moving. So the sharpness gets impacted. Also, is this a big crop? Which focussing point were you using?

I agree with Sabyasachi regarding the softness. Would have liked more space at the bottom and top.
