I like the low perspective and the composition. A monitor has some lovely patterns on its skin. Using a still narrower aperture would have helped you to capture that more. I agree that the chosen DOF in this case helps keep interest in the eye and the forked tongue, but a further narrower aperture (F9-F10) would have added better dimensions to the image.
