I like the composition. The vertical wall balances the image well. I'm not sure where the focus point was as the bird doesn't look critically sharp. The background is busy but doesn't distract much. A narrower aperture might have been better. Thanks for sharing.
The habitat is nice. I agree with Bibhav, about the sharpness. Do check the focus point in DPP to be sure. Wish for a better eye contact. You have any more from this series?

Thanks Bibhav and Mrudul, I agree with your comments. The problem is the Vultures are perched high up on the hill, no chance of getting a chose shot. Also the image posted is a big crop, hence it will lose the quality.
I agree. Those vultures are far off. One needs a longer lens. I like the composition.
