In the present composition, the last two cormorants have their beaks partially hidden. That takes away a bit from the image. The bamboo acts like a leading line and takes the eye in. Moving to the left would have helped in getting the eyes better. A frontal lighting would have been great. Where was this photographed?

Nice sighting. Agree with Sabyasachi. Wish the other two birds were also in the clear. The vertical composition is nice. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perspective captured! Agree with earlier comments about moving to the left. Wondering how the horizontal compo with subject to the right would have looked. TFS.
